The capital city Kathmandu was suffering from unmanaged and unplanned constructions, with a novel motto to overcome that problem and create a well-planned residency, in the year of 2058 B.S, Bagmati Property Dealers Pvt. Ltd was been established. I feel very proud when I see our journey since 2058 till today. In this short span of time Rose Village, Balkot; Greenhill city, Mulpani; Greenhill city, Imadol have been developed which are now become the pride.
In the initial days, this company used to sell vacant lands by developing them according to the guidelines of Nagar Bikash. Those places are not pieces of land anymore. Facility of wide roads, water supply and electricity has developed those places. Now those places have transformed and become planned residencies. Rose Village in Balkot is one of the finest examples, where 143 individual houses which offers full-fledged modern facilities. This company has launched a planned residency in Mulpani, which is the largest colony in the country. Mulpani project is going to be completed soon in an area of 340 ropanies area with 800 state-of-the-art individual houses. This project consists modern facilities like shopping center, swimming pool, fitness center with sauna & steam bath, etc. The open green area with gardens and wide roads are the unique features of this project. As a corporate social responsibility, the company is constructing a bridge over Bagmati river on its own cost, which leads to the colony beneficial to local residents as well. Currently the company is working on a project at Imadol in Lalitpur district. This new project consists of 95 state-of-the-art individual houses spread over 45 ropanies. Dhumbarahi project is another finest example of our products inside ring road with 15 individual luxury houses for elite customers.
